After you schedule your phone consultation appointment, you will be emailed an intake form where you will fill out your health history and current health concerns. *Intake form is also on the bottom of our homepage if you wish to download and email it back in advance.

During the call, our holistic health practitioner, Ahuva Gamliel, who is a Doctor of Oriental medicine and expert in nutrition and holistic health care, will ask you some questions and start to formulate a treatment plan.  For more information on her education, credentials and training, please visit our homepage.

The detailed recommendations will be sent to you within 24 hours of your appointment via email and includes correspondence to any clarification questions.  This may include nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, home remedies and other holistic health recommendations.

Most calls take 30-45 minutes depending on the complexity of the health issues at hand.  

Zelle  or Credit or debit card payments (+processing 3.5% fee) will be taken upon scheduling the appointment.  Cancelling the appointment without 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting the consultation fees.
